Information for Parents with children currently attending the preschool.

Your questions answered

​The preschool provide healthy snacks for the children each session for a small charge or you can provide your own. Children staying all day need to bring a healthy packed lunch and as we promote healthy eating please do not include crisps, cakes etc and due to allergies we do not allow nuts or nut products such as Nutella or peanut butter into preschool. ​Your child will spend time in the garden every day so make sure they suitable clothing for outdoor play. On cold days they need a have a warm coat, scarf, hat, gloves and wellies. In sunny weather your child should have a sunhat, suitable shoes for running about and climbing and you must apply sun cream before they come into the preschool.

If your child is still using nappies you must provide nappies, nappy sacks and wet wipes in a their bag each day.

​Attach name labels to all items of clothing and belongings so they can be easily returned to you if they become separated from your child.

​We accept payment via BACS, cheques and cash given to a member of staff; we are also registered with the tax free childcare scheme and several childcare voucher companies too.

The minimum attendance policy is three sessions per week, requests for changes in booked sessions must be made in writing by email or text. All reductions in sessions, including leaving the preschool before your child would leave to attend primary school, require one full terms notice and notice is not accepted part way through a term.
